Areas of activity
The Property Development Group INBISA carries out its real estate activities directly in the areas of property development, lease property and development land. It also boasts its own construction company which provides the flexibility and dynamism that characterises a company with an unyielding dedication to providing comprehensive services in the property sector.
I. PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
INBISA Group has property development as its main area of activity, with presence in different sectors of the property development industry, thus guaranteeing the Company’s solid and diversified global position.
INBISA has the capacity to successfully manage and project manage a wide range of property development types with a common denominator: “quality at the service of our clients”.
INDUSTRIAL
We select strategic locations for all sectors of business activity. We cover a wide demand for industrial products, from small enterprises operating from our Business Parks, and our exclusive turnkey products, either for lease or sale, to the large Logistics Platforms for the distribution of goods nationwide.
TERTIARY SECTOR: OFFICES
We create functional office buildings, easily divisible according to the needs of our clients, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technical equipment with the aim of guaranteeing the safety and wellbeing of tenants and to help create a satisfactory work environment.
RESIDENTIAL
Our commitment in the residential sector is to create exclusive homes where living is a true experience for the senses. We develop comfort-filled, personal spaces with shared areas and services, designed to deliver buildings that provide solidity and excellence.
II. LEASE PROPERTY
Our asset portfolio is valued at more than 400 million euro, with a GLA of 254,894 m2. Our property assets consist of logistics platforms (36%), industrial complexes (41%) and office buildings (23%). All of them are situated in strategic positions throughout Spain and occupied by a list of exclusive tenants who share our interest in delivering solid business projects with the highest guarantee.
III. DEVELOPMENT LAND
Our investment in land is mainly aimed at securing resources which will guarantee the sustainable and steady growth of our property development area. We aim our investments to the purchase of land which is either ready for construction or under development.
We have a team of professionals with extensive experience in the field of land purchase financing and spatial development management throughout the country.
IV. CONSTRUCTION: BYCO
Having our own construction company as part of the INBISA Group allows us direct control over the Company’s development activities. BYCO has full capabilities and extensive experience in the construction of all types of buildings, thus ensuring an appropriate response in all areas of activity of the Group.
BYCO’s expertise and accredited experience is reflected in the development and rehabilitation of emblematic residential buildings, as well as in the construction of modern business parks, logistics platforms and office buildings. This has allowed BYCO to create a significant niche for itself in construction for third parties, an area in which it has become consolidated as a powerful company capable of competing in cost, qualities and delivery times with other Spanish construction companies.
