Any request for rectification must be accompanied by supporting documentation. INBISA GRUPO EMPRESARIAL, S.L. will respond within ten days from the date of receipt of the request, notifying the data subject, either by email or where this is not available, by ordinary mail, that the rectification has been made.
Data subjects may exercise their right to have the data relating to them deleted, and where required, their right to object to their data being processed, by submitting a written request to the Security Manager at the head office of INBISA GRUPO EMPRESARIAL, S.L., (including name, surnames, ID card number and email address), who will respond within ten days from the date of receipt of the request, notifying the data subject, either by email or where this is not available, by ordinary mail, either that his/her data have been deleted or their processing stopped, or alternatively, the reasons why the request for deletion or to object could not be processed.
